All of Cruiseman's Garage videos are distributed and sold through Vimeo.com. To access your videos, you must log into the Vimeo.com website using the same email address and password you used when you made your purchase.
In almost every case, when someone is unable to find their videos on Vimeo.com, it is because they are either not logged in to a Vimeo.com account, or, they are logging in with a different email address/password.
This is a very common problem especially with those who have multiple email addresses.

How can I find the email address I used when I made my video purchase?
If you have multiple email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc) check all of your account In Boxes and SPAM folders for the email receipt from Vimeo for your video purchase. When you purchase the maintenance videos and the charge is made to your credit card, Vimeo will email you a receipt. If you can locate that receipt, look the the TO: field in the receipt (the email address to whom the receipt was emailed). This should indicate the email address under which Vimeo.com is storing your purchased video.
I cannot find my email receipt, now what?
If you are unable to locate your email receipt from Vimeo.com, a couple of possibilities may exist.
1. You may have thrown away the receipt.
2. You may have accidentally entered an incorrect email address when you made your purchase. In other words, an email address that does not exist. For example, let's say your email address is [email protected] and you inadvertently entered [email protected]. If this happened, then your email receipt was potentially mailed to a non-existent email address.
If this is the case, then you have to get Vimeo.com support involved. Honestly, Vimeo support is not a pleasant experience.

Can Cruiseman's Garage locate my email address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist because Vimeo does not share any purchase information with us. When you purchase videos through Vimeo.com you become THEIR customer, no ours. We have appealed to Vimeo for years for them to change their policies to allow customers to opt-in to sharing their information with us so that we can provide additional support, but they have refused. They claim it has to do with their security measures and policies.
